Invoiv Affiliate Partner Referral Guidelines

1. Program Overview: The Invoiv Affiliate Program allows businesses, influencers, bloggers, independent sales reps, customers, and other interested parties to create custom referral links. These links can be used to promote Invoiv’s invoicing platform and earn commissions on the SaaS fees generated by referred users.
2. Commission Structure
   • Affiliates will earn 10% of the SaaS fees generated by the customers they refer.
   • Commissions will only be earned when a referred customer upgrades to a paid account. No commissions will be earned on customers who remain on the free plan or during the 14-day free trial period.
3. Payment Terms
   • Commissions will be accumulated in the affiliate’s account.
   • Payments will be made via PayPal once the affiliate has accumulated at least $50.00 in earnings.
   • Payments will be processed within 30 days of crossing the $50.00 threshold.
4. Dispute Resolution
   • Any disputes regarding commission payments must be submitted in writing to admin@invoiv.com within 30 days of the believed error.
   • If a dispute is not raised within this timeframe, the payment will be considered final and binding.
5. Program Modifications
   • Invoiv reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program at any time.
   • Affiliates will be given 30 days’ notice of any changes via email.
6. Legal Considerations
   • The Invoiv Affiliate Program is governed by the laws of the State of Maine, where Invoiv is located.
   • Any legal disputes regarding the affiliate commissions will be settled according to these laws.

Invoiv does not condone or permit the “spamming” of prospective clients with an affiliate link. Should a complaint arise about this practice, Invoiv will notify the affiliate, terminate the affiliate account immediately, and the affiliate will forfeit all commissions earned but not yet paid.
